SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
Orders Placed before 12 noon will be delivered maximum within 24 hrs in U.A.E., we will try our best to deliver the next day, as an example If you place your order on Saturday afternoon or during weekend we will receive your order only Monday morning for processing & you will receive it on Tuesday.
We do not ship during weekend (Sunday) nor during public holidays.
For Saudi Arabia:
1 device per person per ID is allowed every 3 months.
HNB ( Heets) 1 Box is allowed per shipment per person per ID.
E-juice 180 ml per shipment per ID.
Taxes are calculated on Checkout.
Delivery Fees:
- 30AED anywhere in U.A.E, Except Ruwais 65 AED. International orders have different fees structure.
- All local orders above 300 AED are delivered Free. For Ruwais no free delivery.
- Express delivery (same day) at 75 AED & apply only for Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman& Ras Al khaimah.
